- Items returned without original packaging or tags.

- The return must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

As Rex Nights operates only on Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed as follows:
- If your return is approved and the item was delivered to you, we will offer:
- A full refund via bank transfer or
- A replacement product (if available) or
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
